Terms of service
Last updated 12 June 2026
Rollo is a product of LaunchPath Ventures. By using Rollo you agree to these terms. We keep them short and plain.
What Rollo is
Rollo builds a verified, machine-readable presence for licensed real-estate brokers, so AI assistants can find, check, and recommend you.
Who can publish
To claim and publish a presence you must be a licensed real-estate broker. You confirm the information on your presence is accurate and that you have the right to publish it. You review and approve every line before it goes live.
Agent, not property
Rollo represents the broker only — identity, credentials, and expertise. No listing, price, or availability appears on a presence. This boundary is by design and reflects the per-listing permit regime that only a licensed broker can hold.
Verification is not a guarantee
Rollo presents credentials traced to public registries and links to them. Verification reflects registry data at a point in time. It is not a guarantee, an endorsement, or a substitute for the registry. Always confirm a credential through the linked portal.
The AI Visibility Check
The check shows what third-party AI assistants returned at the time it ran. AI outputs change constantly and are outside our control. Results are informational, and Rollo does not guarantee any AI placement or outcome.
Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another broker or claim a presence that is not yours.
- Do not scrape, overload, or abuse the free check.
- Do not use Rollo to publish anything false or misleading.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change or suspend features, and we aim to give notice of material changes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
